Fantastic Pod Experience

secure storage easy access fresh towels clean pod

The private pods allowed secure luggage storage (i used the lockers too). My wristband gave me easy access to my pod. I chose an ambience lighting theme. The pod included hangers and fresh towels. The pod was very clean and white. I did not hear other guests, great.

Air circulation inside the hub could be improved.

Bathrooms are fabulously designed with beautiful Rituals products, a thoughtful product selection is offered in the vending machine, and the hot tub is available on the top floor, accessible for all guests, and is well kept. I noticed complimentary, yummy breakfast options with high-quality tea.

The staff was very friendly. The check-in process was a good hybrid between digital and in-person assistance. I appreciated the help i got regarding local recommendations and transport options. The city host offered solid recommendations for the surrounding area too.

cozy design birthday surprise smooth check-in

I found the self-check-in smooth. The common areas featured a cozy design. The hotel gave me a surprise in my room for my birthday. I felt very touched by such consideration.

The air conditioning was a little strong. I was unable to adjust the temperature in my hub.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Pod beds are comfy and warm. I found showers and toilets to be clean and very private (a big plus).

The pod design had some issues. Each time a door opened in the hallway, the pod shook so much I couldn't sleep well. Pods were also very hot and the ventilation didn't help much. Bathroom facilities seemed insufficient, requiring me to wait several times.

The staff was helpful. I felt safe as a woman alone.

My hub was cold. There was no temperature control. Turning off the ventilator did not help much. I heard other hubs are too hot.

Wonderful stay in a hub!

convenient wristband comfortable beds

The location is great! The kitchen and lounge area offer many serve-yourself amenities. I found comfortable seating and a hot tub on the third floor. Beds and pillows are comfortable with supplied towels. Rooms are surprisingly soundproof. I could choose cool lighting. The wristband key magnet proved super convenient. there are free lockers to store your bag.

Air circulation inside the room was very poor! The space felt super tight. I found it difficult to open and close my luggage.

Staff members were super friendly and helpful! I was able to approach them with any questions that I had, and they always provided great service, also addressing any concerns quickly.

The kitchen area is full of serve-yourself amenities. I found drinks and coffee available for purchase with the wristband! It was very convenient. this allowed guests to enjoy snacks and beverages anytime.

The pods were private and I could store my luggage inside. They also have lockers! Wristbands scanned into the private pod. I loved the ambient lighting. hangers for clothes and fresh towels were provided in a clean, white pod.
